I have grown quite fond of interesting pots.  One day soon I will do a post on them.  They can be as fascinating as the trees.  Most artist will suggest that you not skimp on the pot.  If you have good tree, get a good pot.

Look at the tree on the left.  It is difficult to know what it is (fig?).  This thing is massive.  But LOOK at that POT.  It is huge and probably worth a fortune (not that the the tree isn't valuable).    The tree on the right is no slouch.  This is probably what John Naka would have called a "4 hand" (or better) tree.  It might take 4 people (8 hands) to safely move this.
