While filming our latest Masterclass with Masahiko Kimura, we asked him about his legacy, and about what his hopes are for Bonsai in the future. Mr. Kimura is surprisingly open about his journey in the Japanese Bonsai scene, and we were surprised about how eager he is to share his knowledge with our students. Where many Japanese masters are secretive about their knowledge, mr. Kimura was happy to share the knowledge he gained after decades of experimenting with new techniques and tools.
