Saturday, THIS SATURDAY, November 17, 9:00 am. Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park. West Michigan Bonsai will meet for an Exposed Root Sirissa workshop. There are 4 spaces left in the workshop You still have time. email me (timcox102@hotmail.com) or take a chance and show up. Cost is $40 and includes everything you will need to bring one of these pretty little trees home with you. We will also talk briefly about our Holiday Party (Tuesday evening Dec 18 at 7:00) and desert share. We will also once again conduct a food drive to benefit the food pantry at East Congregational Church. Lots of fun and surprises. We will also sell raffle tickets on our Scots Pine bonsai that was styled by Bill Cadmun during our September Meeting. Tickets are $10 and the drawing will be held during our December meeting/Party. This can be a great tree and is a fundraiser for our club so we can do more activities and programs in 2019. Speaking of 2019 it is time to renew your memberships. $25 is a very reasonable amount to participate and it is important to the success of our club. Lots more to talk about so come to the meeting!
