This is from Joe Martinez our Club Chair for the Club Show To all participating in the club show some help needed as well. I have heard that the details of the show were discussed in the meeting as well as outlined in the newsletter. Please try and have your trees there early! Last year was hectic trying to place all trees up to the last minute, and, with people coming in to see trees. There will be a need for people to "work" the show. I will be there Friday for set up, Saturday morning for trees and set up completion. I have my parents in town that weekend from California AND it's my daughters birthday Saturday so I will not be able to stay as long as I planned. Please email me at joem9691@gmail.com or message me at 616-255-5444 to let me know what you can do. Bob and Anita have volunteered to do a demo. I will probably demo a tree as well to fill space. I will be back on Sunday towards the later part of the day for tear down. My parents are leaving that day and we will probably have lunch or something.
