Two weeks till the WMBC picnic/swap meet! Here's the deal... Saturday July 14 noon till 2pm Richmond Park Pavillion First the picnic: WMBC will provide meat (hotdogs and buns) paper (plates, cups, utensils etc), drinks and condiments. You will need to bring a dish to pass. Swap meet: We will use a silent auction format for items you wish to auction and we will provide an auction sheet for each item. You will fill them out and attach them to your item(s). At the end of the auction you will be responsible for collecting your auction amount and giving 15% of that to our treasurer Brian for the benefit of the club. Different ending times will apply to each item. The last time we did this it was a hoot! Let's make this one even better!
